Thanks - you saved me the time there as I too was looking for those ASX rules of disclosure etc which I believe the present board have broken. We have every right to rub it in their faces as we've put up with it for far too long.

Where is the proper disclosure when the whole board went off to Europe & never supplied details of the 'apparent' presentation material which every other company always does to create excitement & interest in what their company is producing. (ie material value to shareholders) Just one of many examples where the board makes their own rules up!

I felt like I was being a serial poster so have just been sitting back here quietly giving others the 'thumbs up'.
We did not attend the Brisbane meeting as I had a 5pm specialist appointment but sounds like we should have, just to feel the camaraderie behind the possible new board & meet & hear the viewpoints of other shareholders.

Well, it is obvious to all that no-one trusts the present board so it's time to go guys - OCCUPY CBIO is upon you!
