    Apart from what appears to be the incorrect year in the 203 notice ..... both the 203 and 249 notice seem to have been issued correctly in accordance with the act

    What could go wrong? ..... getting rid of the only "executive" Director with years of ZNC knowledge without a suitable replacement!
