This whole TAG situation is pathetic. Why would you sell your 18.2% shareholding and lose complete voting power, control and influence over the board and shareholders.

And then lob a competing bid. Doesn’t make any sense. BS and Clinton Capital offloaded their shares to KKR.

The board have made it clear to not act on the TAG announcement because they know it’s BS.

IMO IHR will be sold to KKR(HF) at 22 cents. Nothing else makes sense I’m glad I offloaded at 0.23.
