Just Googled VINCI, apparently it's the largest construction company in the world by revenue, it's based in France and employs around 185,000 people in 100 countries. So this transaction would be the proverbial drop in the ocean for a company that size, therefore if another bidder comes in with a better offer VINCI definitely has the resources to counter, fingers crossed for a bidding war.

Also the franking balance of $17.8 million equates to 20 cents per share.
