Anyone have any thoughts on how Hometown and the instos who were behind them will respond to the Brookfield offer?
I had another quick read of the agreements they lodged as part of their substantial holder notice. This superior proposal doesnt look like it impacts the 17.77% control Hometown can excercise, I would be surprised if they roll over and let Brookfield have their way.
