looks a bit cheeky for the directors to come out with a downbeat statement, whack the stock lower and then entertain a takeover
If the deal goes ahead there will be strong interest to buy into the similar sized but just outside the asx200 INA ( which I hold ) worth a look if need to reinvest in the same sector ....
