They probably just one to say they are interested so VRL opens up the data room.
Regardless PEP will either up their bid for exclusivity or let VRL to open up the data room.
Then the bids will increase based on value both bidders think they can extract vs price they will pay.
I hope PEP does the lock down move say at $4.50.
