Cow poo? lol - neither cow poo nor price gouging on the feedstock by Rio is in my bear thesis notes.
I'd suggest the lack of offtake is due to the fact the PPF hasn't produced any HPA as yet, when customers get a product that has been through the actual process at scale they'll be more likely to offer contracts.
Specs of the feedstock - well now you really are having a laugh!
