Management have been milking this company for years and driving it into the ground. The only people making money on this stock are the Directors at the expense of the shareholders. The takeover offer is low and won't get much take up from shareholders as I am sure most shareholders are in around $0.01+ mark but it's good to see something happening and see someone motivated to move this company forward. It will be an interesting couple of weeks with the meeting coming up. I really hope there are enough votes to removed Ed and Peter. The should voluntarily step down and hand this company over to someone else. They have achieved nothing, drove the company into a long period of suspension and limited news flows.
