Hi all,
Just want to quickly run some ideas by you all.
Last 4c Quarterly cash expenditure was a little over $5m, and this is with production and no sales.
Cokal wants to ramp up to 2million tons per year, but lets just say they ramp to 1mt due to them... not always meeting targets set out.
Let's say we triple the quarterly cash expense to $15m and annualise to $60m.
1mt per annum in sales at current rates, even using the low quality rates would result in between $150m - $250m AUD in revenue.
Take out royalties, BBM ownership % and unforeseen costs and this company could generate cash flow equivalent to the entire market cap in one year?
Am I missing something? I just want a sense check, I know operational risk is a big factor but i can see pictures of a coal stockpile and low operational costs at the moment.
The investor presentation had figures like this thrown around, but even if they get half of their target that looks to me like a great outcome even though it has been delayed.
