Agree re the 20c.
Which proposal do you think the board will prefer
20c+ selling to someone that is likely to change the CEO & most of the board
or
A combination proposal where they probably keep most of the board & DK gets to exchange his shares (Iwhich he obviously thinks are extremely under valued) for equity in the new entity on the NASDAQ
I'm not so sure we'll get a choice
