    $4.85 is the highest valuation GS gave it, based on their PE method.

    GS are also advising Tassal.

    Also says Tassal didnt engage with previous offers.

    Looks like they are playing an tactical game, will be interesting to see if other third parties get involved, there is usually one or two that compete for a stake.
