You think the big boss of a cartel gets involved in every transaction. Everyone knows the consequences of not following the rules so folks self-regulate. It's probably why we haven't told them a flat out no to the offer, be seen as insulting.
Anyways let's see how it'll play out all we can do is hold the fort and hope for the best!
