    They are the shorters. now they have 3 options: 1. sell one hand to the other to cover shorts, then say good bye. 2. if agreed, they will own it. 3. they will cover shorts in the meantime waiting for higher offer to come, as higher than .58 they still make profit. test market to see if the value is there and there is other interested party.
