The SP has dropped to bargain basement prices on hiccups in the company's ramp up to nameplate production exacerbated by initial low gold content artisanal initial feed and the wet season. The feed to be processed moving forward is higher grade ore / the wet season is over / the POG is sky-rocketing / the company is unhedged / POG fundamentals pointing north / little to no debt. The 58c offer is a reflex action to take advantage of week hands in an attempt to steal an undervalued gold mine. All holders should reject this proposal outright. Who knows, maybe another player like Northern Star Resources may make a counter offer. In any event, any offer under 70c is not worth sniffing at. The company should not be even considering this....
