There were rumours swirling last year (maybe earlier this year) that these guys were circling and considering around 90c to $1 (granted this was when the SP was much higher and the ramp up issues hadn't been experienced)
i know TIE have ramp up issues but surely it's not worth a 40% discount to the SP.
i don't know the answers to these, but two questions with respect to the shorting:
1. Who was shorting? Was it these guys to bring down the SP for this offer ???
2. Have they offered this just to flush out the shorters? That way there 7% holding is now suddenly worth a lot more...
