Difficult to see where a competing bid comes from.

Russians surely out, so no re-run of CDV.
Difficult to fathom Zhaojin making a bid without the blessing of Chijin. Generally, the Chinese don't bid up against each other.
PRU/WAF? The latter can only offer scrip, PRU perhaps mix of both but unlikely all cash.
Barrick, Newmont, Goldfields only go for Tier 1 deposits.
Kinross/IAMGOLD would be completely from left field.

Not sure who's left, IMO I think the most likely outcome is a rejection and successful 2nd bid in the high 60s.
