A Take Over entity WILL be well aware of this aspect of The TIE Future Gold Exploration, Mining and Production.

Personally, I would like to be a part of the TIE Growth --- A take over with the option of acquiring SCRIP would please me more than a cash payout!

The China offer does not / cannot satisfy such a script offer.

I am more than likely a seller "on Market" than to see a Cash Payout on D-Day (Payout Day)
