    That’s how I read it also, and typical MAQ. 11c was always a joke offer. MAQ will never up their offer.

    16c is pretty accurate and a fair offer for the business as it stands, a smart player could likely recoup a lot of that investment within a short timeframe (18mths). ‘Smart player’ being competent and confident leadership with an executable strategy. Plus a lot of firing.

    I’ll be happy to sell my shares at 15 if it gets there.
