I am not sure how long it typically takes for genuine takeover offers to be responded to, however both ASX: $PTM & ASX: $PSQ received takeover offers on the same date 17th September 2024 and neither of those companies have released a response yet either.
Hopefully its good news and we are negotiating upwards or engaging with other interested parties.. I would have thought the next steps would have been out by now though (i.e the board engaging with an external party for an independent valuation etc.. it would just be nice to know what is going on)
