If it comes down to a vote, vote against Kevin Moriarty and for Dana and Pete to remain at 1414. I’m a huge believer in 1414, for the company to move forward it needs to happen with Kevin out of the picture. This is the act of a desperate man trying to regain control of the company.

The new management structure looks great, we have a new chair, new CEO, new board members. Look them all up on linked in and their respective experiences, they are stars and will lift the company out of this rut. In my opinion, Kevin will only drag down the company, in the same way the share price dragged down under his leadership.
