What I mean is that Peter & David are clearly not talking to JJ otherwise this would be normal AGM business and not subject to a notice pursuant to s249D of the Corporations Act.
Just to be clear: you are talking about Peter & David getting AAR to the next level... last time that happened to AAR, with JJ sidelined, about a million holes were drilled at KP to prove the world's smallest copper / zinc deposit... and the MC dropped (briefly) to 750k.
I for one don't need ANYBODY getting AAR to the next level... HOWEVER if P&D have a genuine contribution to make why don't they talk to JJ - they have his mobile.
As I said before: I don't like it!
