Fair enough we can only go on our experiences in life but may I suggest you give David a call. David took me to meet John spent about 2hrs with him. I am quite sure with all my dealing with Peter and David they would have approached John and all they care about is increasing shareholder wealth. I am not putting John down but I am sure you realize as a company evolves the Board must also evolve. Cheers
