And they want to get rid immediately of both Steven Prior and J.Ross Harper, and replace them with two new Directors (Chinese ones).
Both Ms. Aiping Wang and Mr. Zexing Lin have nominated and are running for the positions, while, from what I can gather, Ms. Aiping Wang could be related to Mr. Zhong Wang who is the holder of these 5% holdings and the signatory of the Sect.249D.
So, if that succeed, and I have no doubts that it will, it will appear to me that the Chinese will have control of the Board, or just about, and they will be able to decide what and where we will be going from here.
Watch this space as I think that it will be very interesting indeed.
