New significant investors come on board over Nov / Dec as the coy attracts more attention
A request to have Rocco Tassone as a director is issued. Note that ACU & Flint (the CEO) have dealings with PXR's backers / brokers.
During all this, GLY lists via an IPO & look who is a substantial holder... Tassone ... but this isn't the most interesting part - the most interesting part is look who is the 2nd largest shareholder of GLY - Anthony Sage
Sage has a history of forcing General Meetings to appoint board members who can make things happen.
I think there is a LOT going on behind the scenes here on ACU & i wouldn't be surprised if there were MAJOR fireworks coming!!
All the while there is now 20m on the bid @ .3 & building!
