has to be what is called shareholder destruction 101 !
But the 249D will need to be well supported because i imagine the CR at 0.005 would just get directors over the line.
Some here would be sitting on big losses from buying much higher, but the 1 for 1 CR at 0.005 has certainly made sure the SP stays at this level or lower for a long time now imo
The CR dilution is heavy here doubling the shares on issue, this has turned into a right royal mess imo
