here in my view are the real issues as of today.
there is no vision for company or its assets…. It is the lamest prospectus I have ever read, about to hand over 50% of company.
The idea the same management exist that have led shareholders to this spot is crazy.

So unless current board fold quickly and new board come on with a real plan…. I think it’s doomed.
If it drags on i can see RM Capital exisiting using one of the many clauses that are in prospectus.

However, if challenging board knows RM and this is part of the play, and they have discussed the future etc then it could be cheap and good.
