Maybe they are figuring that now the investors have lost pretty...

Maybe they are figuring that now the investors have lost pretty much ALL of their money and that they gave the business away for next to nothing (under investigation by the ASX) and that they appear to be trading insolvent, perhaps the investors might like to have someone who at least knows something about the company and is outside of the cabal to be able to see what exactly is going on (nothing business-wise apparently) and to see if anything is at all recoverable?
