We can all agree that shareholders got screwed but that was from years spent on an unprofitable tech business. What seems to be the case is that the 249Ders don’t have enough money to make any real efforts to change anything (class action or buying on or off market so they can actually get a vote passed). They only seem to have enough money left to print out their 249D and pop it in the post and last month they didn’t even do that right. class action, buy shares or move on plz.
