    Correct me if i'm wrong. But Eugene didn't buy the shares did he, it was some sophisticated investors.
    He simply permitted it and got paid $13k to allow it.

    That should not give Eugene any more value in the company. Or am i not understanding that right?
    Going from 515,000,000 to about 588,000,000 and Eugene holding around 26mil, should reduce his percentage wouldn't it?
    Does he still hold over 5%?
