You're being shortsighted and also a little bit naive but you could have cleared up your concerns by accepting a call or email privately as I offered.
Right now is about someone coming in, taking ownership, putting in the EFFORT, and driving outcomes that benefit shareholders. The role needs someone that can set direction and build up a strategy in the short term for the long term....
What is RFN? Have you asked yourself that?
Do I believe the Loyyal investment is suited to a public listed company in Australia? Absolutely not. It is too premature on multiple fronts.
Is it the right time to sell out of Loyyal? That would be the question. What is the upside in Loyyal vs the high overheads running it on the ASX?
RFN needs to vend in a core business that is revenue generating that can truly scale and grow. Would that mean I would want to run it? Again absolutely not. The CEO would most likely come across.
You're obviously not a dummy but take a step back please and get a wider view on things.
