I imagine that if this BOD had got hold of the rights to market the newly invented wheel somewhere back around 3500BC we would still be lumping along in pre Fred Flinstone manner and moaning about the lack of development in transportation.
This BOD has no marketing ability that I am aware of. Its time this issue was addressed.
