which in other sense means proposal is for remaining 80.1% shares than 330 million shares. Betr already bought 65 million out of 330 million shares.

100/265. 37. Cent approx 1.36 per share.
i may be wrong but this figure is more near to 1.33
as there may be some undisclosed options available as well.
But the wording of 29 th April statement say 100% of the remaining PBH shares which Betr still did not own

Somewhere along the line there is a mistake...
