BBT sent their equity raise offer documents out today. They say its fully underwritten. As long as they can sell their canadian assets which they say they have a non binding offer on then I think board will be compelled to accept BBT bid and we as PBH will get $1.33 a share.
Mixi will have to come back with a better offer, I don't think BBT have anything else in the tank. They cant go to the market again.
