I don’t know how these Betr guys can claim it is a clearly superior offer. They put together a flashy PowerPoint presentation, using $1.22, $1.30 $1.50 as headline grabbers and hide the detail in the fine print. And even then the fine print it not clear. However they have a blocking stake now. A higher bid from mixi to win major shareholders over will do it.
