    Can Betr find the cash to go higher? Also would Mixi be talking to other major shareholder about what increase it wold take to get their vote.

    Because as a Shareholder of PBH I prefer Mixi offer. Both are offerring $360M but Mixi is cash, Betr is cash and script.
