that's clever strategy to consolidate all news in one Ann. more important is for doing all this MOU what kind of work they have to do. if they bring in any Big investors they will not look into SP or Ann, but they will look into MOU, business stretagies and company know how and there quick ability to convert technology into revenue. all these MOU will ensure quick revenue stream.
