While a funding accouncement can come at any time to drive the price up, that 'anytime' concept has been true for over a year. There was plenty of speculation that some Telco or big time investor would jump aboard to get this running but instead we were met by CR after CR. The downtrend is rough and has been consistent for a long time. I'm not excepting much movement in the SP to happen from this announcement despite how fantastic it is. There's still a long wait ahead before significant revenues are to be had and I assume most see better investment opportunities in the meantime that will yield much higher returns. However, once we have a launch date in sight I can imagine the hype starting to build again. It's still a long term hold in my opinion.
