Any deal regarding funding would be complicated and time consuming. They can't tell us what they are doing while in potential negotiations. So any funding news can only be released once finalised. It is not as simple as 'they don't want to tell us.'
Unfortunately we will just have to wait for any deal to be completed before it is announced to the market. The trade off there is those waiting for this news to buy in will be paying a premium to do so.
Todays announcement reinforced why I bought and continued to hold. This may be the first of many grants to come. Now even if only half of the companies who have signed MOU's become binding contracts after the launch of the Pearls we will be enjoying a SP in multitudes of todays prices.
