Dude you ever been to a live auction? No way could an auctioneer say to you after bidding- there’s actually a heap of the same item hidden from view but we will sell them now you paid a premium price, you didn’t actually bid on THIS item just something similar, your successful bid wasn’t actually successful because there was hidden buyers that get preference if and when they please, we decided to send your bid to another market without your consent and too bad if that market doesn’t suit your buying conditions, and on and on..
in what world is that not deemed fraudulent?
