    We are the second largest shareholders in PER with over 40million shares

    I'm not boasting but a true believer in the PER story.
    So it’s not a circus that I create.. I post to protect my investment.and put my money where my mouth is ..

    and yes I Genuinely believe that PER will be a $5 stock.

    While we were accumulating you were destroying your investment in PER .. by bad mouthing the Board..
