    They did announce it. Just not on market.
    Most of these last 2 years of announcements show good trending but individually equate to not much.

    Id be more concerned as to who dumping $5 of shares all the time. You could almost make a business case to go off line for awhile or draw the attention of Asic to investigate.

    Not that I care but it is clearly a shitty deal with high repercussions.
