Bod science was able to show statistical significance between the placebo and 100mg dosed groups in their trial, they failed overall, but their failure is now key information for Avecho.. with their knowledge of trial design and emphasising critical importance for clear distinctions between placebo and dosed they're giving themselves an advantage for a positive outcome.
The potential upside is worth the downside risk IMO, If the trial is successful everything points to this being a monster in the making, we can see from the Epidiolex acquisition what kind of deal could be on the table at some point..Its a big IF but they all are.
