I don't think the company is allowed to say much at the moment. There's not only the asx to keep the right side of, but also the likes of the fda.
A director of Race Oncology mentioned this a few weeks ago:
"Biotech is harder than most areas as so much of what you do you can’t tell the shareholders about until a deal is signed or approval reached. The regulatory agencies also don’t like you publicly sharing their communication either. It can often seem like nobody is doing anything when in fact there is a huge amount going on behind the scenes."
