There's a big difference between "My house" and "My house that I bought in the DRC, well aware of the sovereign risk at the time"
There is also a big difference between "just giving it to him" and "selling it to him for a tidy profit, well aware that there is a very real chance that the house I bought in the DRC may well just be burnt to the ground otherwise"
