at least the Ann's don't refer to the DRC government as competent anymore lol bout time the bod stopped sucking ass and got on with it. these carnts have put a price on the deposit so they should offer a takeover in the 4.5 bill range , this is a clusterfuck that will take yrs to sort out otherwise.
