Heres some interesting information that has been gleaned from ASX announcements and shared:

Two and ahalf years ago in the Veris ASX announcement of 29 March 2017 , Mr Lamond was appointed Managing Director with the responsibility for a strategic and operational review of Veris, with a key focus to identify costand integration savings. The significant drop in EBITDA in the last 30 months provides evidence that this review was not effectively actioned.

Last yearin the Veris ASX announcement of 25 October 2018 (attached) a further strategicoperational review was announced with the statement - Veris expects EBITDA margin to improveduring the course of FY19. Surveying EBITDA margins in FY18 were 13.4%, the company's results due this Friday will be the test of whether the Board has again failed to meet its stated objectives.
