This is not good news for shareholders! This is a classic case of re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.......and hoping....
The VDM story was not exactly a success story either.
There is obviously a need to effect a change in upper management, in order to bring all their disparate survey/business acquisitions into line, to cut costs and to amalgamate offices.
They also need a professional surveyor (who understands their surveying business model) and who has extensive management experience to be appointed to the Board to drive this change.
