Fingers crossed that you're right. We've only just managed to get the ball really rolling with Genex and now this opportunistic takeover bid. I really hope the board understand the true value of this market and their position within it.

They've done a great job building up a high performing portfolio, a pipeline, and most importantly a brand and reputation for delivering projects at a high standard and on schedule (KPH will truly be a monumental achievement!). Genex have been ambitious yet cautious with their portfolio development, and I know from experience that they have conducted an immense amount of due diligence and have built up considerable knowledge within the business about the energy market and energy engineering.

Throwing away this company now that they have painstakingly built block by block for 25c would be a disasterous mistake for shareholders.
