    Yup it seems my source was 100% on the money.
    Change is required which involves a progressive management team who have respect for their shareholders.

    It seems the process to get this announcement released took about a month requiring a very laborious process.
    One individual on the board is desperate to retain power but shareholders with voting rights will speak.
